Delivery destinations

We ship internationally to the countries and regions available at checkout.

Free, insured shipping with tracking

All orders are shipped free of charge, insured and with tracking, with no minimum order value. Select the free shipping option at checkout.

Estimated transit times

• United States, United Kingdom and Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment.
• Germany, other European countries, Australia and New Zealand: 7–12 business days after shipment.
• Other destinations: 14–20 business days after shipment.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit time begins when the order ships and does not include order preparation. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Carrier disruptions and customs clearance may affect delivery.

Tracking your order

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You may also use our Track Your Order page. Tracking updates may take some time to appear.

Prices and international deliveries

The total displayed at checkout is the amount you pay. Applicable taxes are included in the price, shipping is free, and customs duties and import charges are covered through our delivery arrangements. You will not be asked to pay additional customs duties or import charges upon delivery. If a carrier requests an additional payment, contact support@tryvelmara.com so we can resolve the issue.

Delays and delivery problems

If we cannot ship within a timeframe promised for your order, we will inform you of the revised timeframe and, where applicable, any cancellation or refund options required by law. For delayed, missing or damaged packages, email support@tryvelmara.com with your order number. Shipping insurance does not limit your statutory rights.

Delivery addresses and returns

Check your address before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may no longer be possible after shipment. Free outbound shipping does not include return postage for change-of-mind returns. See our Return and Refund Policy for return shipping costs and the return address.
