1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to purchases from Velmara delivered to the destinations available at checkout. The seller is LLC Velmara Family, 8301 State Line Road, Ste 220, Kansas City, MO 64114, United States. Contact: support@tryvelmara.com. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

2. Products

Product descriptions explain the main features, materials and available sizes. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Images are illustrative and do not override the product description or your right to goods that conform to the contract.

3. Prices and payment

The applicable currency and total amount are shown before you place your order. Applicable taxes are included in the displayed product prices. The total displayed at checkout is the amount you pay; shipping is free and there are no additional customs duties or import charges upon delivery. If a carrier requests an additional payment, see our Shipping Policy. Payment is due when ordering, using a payment method offered at checkout. Check all information before placing your order.

4. Shipping

We ship internationally to destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping is free, insured and tracked, with no minimum order value. Estimated transit times vary by destination and exclude order preparation, weekends and public holidays. See our Shipping Policy for tracking information, delays and assistance. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

5. Returns and withdrawal

Our voluntary return policy allows return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping costs, including international postage to the specified warehouse in China. Defective or incorrect goods are handled separately under applicable consumer law.

For eligible online purchases in the EU and United Kingdom, consumers have a statutory right to notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within another 14 days. Statutory exceptions, such as appropriately sealed hygiene goods whose seals are removed after delivery, remain applicable. Statutory rights do not require discretionary approval. Our Return and Refund Policy sets out refund procedures and timeframes.

6. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Our voluntary satisfaction guarantee applies for 30 days from delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. To request a return, email support@tryvelmara.com with your order number. Change-of-mind returns must meet the conditions stated there: unused, unworn, original packaging, tags and any supplied hygiene seals intact. The customer pays change-of-mind return postage. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method within the timeframes stated in that policy.

Contact us if goods are damaged, defective or do not match their description. This voluntary 30-day guarantee does not limit statutory claims or shorten statutory claim periods. No separate voluntary one-year warranty is offered under these terms.

7. Use and liability

Follow the care and usage instructions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused solely by improper use. Liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used and disclosed, including for order fulfillment, customer service, security and, where permitted, marketing. It also explains your rights and choices. Personal information is not used exclusively for order fulfillment.

9. Questions and disputes

Contact support@tryvelmara.com so we can try to resolve your concern fairly. These terms do not prevent you from using remedies or courts available under mandatory consumer law. Jurisdiction and remedies are governed by applicable law. Consumers are not required by these terms to waive any mandatory statutory protection.

10. Changes

Updated terms apply to future orders. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights arising from an existing order.
