For orders sent to the United States, estimated transit is 5–10 business days from dispatch. Allow additional time for order preparation. Tracked, insured shipping is free on every order; weekends, public holidays and carrier or customs delays can affect arrival.

Our return window is 30 days from delivery. For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused and unworn, with its original packaging, tags and any hygiene seals intact.
