Shipping Protection is an optional guarantee provided by Velmara. If the products in your shipment are damaged, lost or stolen during shipping, Velmara will refund the affected products.

This is a merchant-provided guarantee, not a third-party insurance policy. Buying it is optional. It does not replace or limit any refunds, delivery remedies, shipping insurance or statutory rights that apply without purchasing this service.
